How are Loyalty Points calculated?

Everyone earns 1 Point for every £1 spent. You must have an
account before placing an order to earn Loyalty Points on your purchase.


What changes were made to the Loyalty program in May 2023?

On the 1st of May we are making some changes to our popular Loyalty Rewards program to keep it sustainable and fresh. Based on customer feedback we have added some new features and adjusted others.

Here’s what’s that means for you:

Earning Reward Points

Every member of the loyalty scheme will earn 1 point for every pound spent, and this will continue at the same rate.

Redemption Value

The value of each point you earn changed from 10p to 5p. As an example, after the change, you will receive a £10 voucher for every 200 points you earn.

Redeeming Your Points

Once logged in to your account, scroll down to view the 4 redemption options as highlighted below. Click on the REDEEM button to create a voucher. This will be emailed to you and can be entered at checkout. 

£30 is the maximum loyalty reward that can be applied to one order.

Vouchers are valued as follows:

Voucher value until 1/5/23:
100 Points = £10 Voucher = £70 basket
200 Points = £20 Voucher = £80 basket
250 Points = £25 Voucher = £85 basket
300 Points = £30 Voucher = £90 basket


Vouchers are valid for 12 months from creation.

Additional changes:
Birthday points will change from 80 to 160. As the value of the points changes, this will maintain the current value once converted into a voucher.

How do I earn Loyalty Points?

Loyalty Points are earned by placing an order on our website.

  • 1 point for every £1 spent on products (shipping excluded).
  • Create an account - 50 points
  • Birthday Reward - 160 points (Please sign up minimum 30 days before your birthday. This date cannot be changed once entered.)
  • Like us on Facebook - 10 points
  • Follow on Instagram - 10 Points
  • Follow us on Pinterest - 10 Points
  • Join our Facebook group - 10 Points

You will also occasionally receive email invitations to earn points by reviewing products you have purchased! These are sent approximately 2 weeks after your order has shipped.

  • Leave a Review - 30 points
  • Photo Review - 40 Points
  • Video Review - 50 Points


How do I redeem my Loyalty Points?

Log into your account and scroll down to 'How to use your points'. You can redeem vouchers for 4 different values, depending on your points balance and how much you are planning to spend.

Click the REDEEM button to create a voucher code, this will be emailed to you and can be entered at checkout.

From the 2nd of May:
100 Points = £5 Voucher = £40 Basket
200 Points = £10 Voucher = £70 Basket
400 Points = £20 Voucher = £80 Basket
600 Points = £30 Voucher = £90 Basket

Can I earn or redeem Loyalty Points when placing a phone order?

Our Customer Service staff cannot access your loyalty accounts when taking orders over the phone.

Loyalty Points can only be earned and redeemed when making a purchase online.


When will my Loyalty Points be added to my account?

Loyalty Points earned by placing an order will show on your account when your order has been shipped.

Reminder: Place your order using the email address associated with Loyalty account for Points to be added to your account.

Orders placed with a different email address will not earn Points. Points are non-transferrable.


I received an email invitation to review a product, but don't see my points applied to my account.

Two to three weeks after you place an order with us, you may receive an email invitation to earn points by leaving a review on your purchase.

To earn Points for your review, you must leave your review through the form embedded in the email invitation. This is the only way you can receive Points for reviews.

Points Earned per review:
30 points for a written review
(Points awarded immediately once review is submitted, there may be a delay if the system believes unacceptable language has been used.)
40 points for photo review
(Points awarded after review and only if featured on the site)
50 points for a video review
(Points awarded after review and only if featured on the site)

* All photos and videos are reviewed for a chance to feature on the site, points will be earned if featured. Please allow up to 2 weeks after review.
* Decisions on whether to feature the photos and/or videos, is based on whether they offer prospective customers additional insight into the products.


Can I combine Loyalty vouchers with other discount codes or Gift cards?

Loyalty vouchers - Cannot be combined with any other discount codes. If you have a valid discount code, you’ll have to choose to apply the discount code OR your Loyalty Voucher at checkout. You cannot apply both.

Gift Cards - Can be used with Loyalty Vouchers. Please enter both at checkout.

Do I get free shipping on my order valued over £50 if a voucher is applied?

Shipping is free within the UK on all orders that are over £50 AFTER any discounts codes or vouchers are applied.
If applying the discount reduces the total order value below £50 then postage will be applied.

How do I check my Loyalty Points balance?

When you are logged in to your account, your up-to-date balance is always displayed in the second section of this page. You
can also click the REWARDS HISTORY button for details.


Do my Loyalty Points expire?

Loyalty Points are valid for 12 months from the date of your last order. Each time you place an order, the expiration date of all unused Points is extended for 12 months. Your Loyalty Points will expire after 12 months of inactivity. For a purchase to qualify, it must be made using the email address associated with your account. Loyalty Points are non-transferable.


What happens to Loyalty Points if I make a return?

When a refund is issued:
Loyalty Points redeemed will be returned to your account and Loyalty Points earned on that purchase will be deducted from your account balance.


What are the terms and conditions of the rewards point program?

Loyalty Rewards is an online, points-based program where users with registered accounts may earn points by purchasing merchandise on

Points accrued are non-transferable to other users or accounts and have no cash or monetary value.

Accounts are non-transferable and purchases must be made by the account holder.

Points are never redeemable for cash, and Loyalty Vouchers cannot be used towards the purchase of e-gift cards.

The Loyalty Rewards Program may be changed from time to time at the sole discretion of Conscious Craft.

Any change to Loyalty Rewards or these Terms and Conditions will be posted on the Conscious Craft

Conscious Craft reserves the right to
change, limit, modify or terminate the Loyalty Rewards Program (including the Terms and Conditions) for any reason or no reason, at any time, with or without notice.

Conscious Craft reserves the right to
deactivate any registered account and to audit any membership account at any time if there is suspected abuse of the program. For example, failure to follow terms, illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation or any unauthorised use of Loyalty
rewards. The misuse of points, cards, credits, vouchers, coupons and/or
certificates may result in the deactivation of a membership and account.

Conscious Craft reserves the right to
exclude individuals from Loyalty Rewards at its sole discretion. Any
misrepresentation or any conduct detrimental to the interests of Conscious Craft may result in account deactivation and revocation of Loyalty points. This will affect eligibility for further participation.

In addition, all  points and rewards will automatically expire if an account is terminated or otherwise cancelled for reasons outlined above or otherwise.
