Coronavirus update 24/09/2020:
Our small team are operating in shifts to allow us to follow current Government guidelines on social distancing. All orders will be packed on a first come, first served basis, and faster postage services will not be prioritised at this time.

FREE standard delivery for UK mainland orders over £70*
For Local Collection in Forest Row, Sussex, select the 'Pick Up' option on the first checkout page.
Standard delivery is sent second class and should arrive 2-3 working days from when the shipping confirmation is received. We aim to send out all orders placed before 1pm on the same day. During busy times, standard delivery can take a little longer.

If your item is in stock, we will do our best to despatch your order the day you place it. In busy times it may take us a little bit longer. Your order will be sent by Royal Mail or courier. A signature may be required when you receive your parcel, depending on value and volume.
Next day delivery from £7.50 dependant on weight
For orders placed before 1pm.
Orders placed Monday – Thursday before 1pm will be delivered the next day.**
Orders placed from 1pm on Thursday will be delivered the following Monday.**
For DPD delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and UK Islands, please allow 2 days for delivery, although Next Day is available in some areas.
* For Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and UK Islands, additional shipping costs apply for orders over 2kg based on weight.
** Next Day is a DPD delivery aim. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier such as bad weather or high seasonal volumes.

Saturday delivery £18.50
For orders placed after 1pm on Thursday/shipped Friday. DPD for larger orders** and Royal Mail Special Delivery for lighter orders.
Free Local Collection in Forest Row, East Sussex - Please select pick-up rather than ship at checkout. We offer a 10% discount on orders that are collected (exceptions apply) please us code 'pickup10'. (Any orders that use this code and are not collected will be cancelled.)
We are based at: Unit 4 Springhill Orchard, Weirwood, Forest Row, East Sussex RH18 5HT.
Your order can be collected as soon as it has been placed, between 9am - 4pm Monday - Friday.
All non-Eurpean International rates are currently suspended.
European shipping rates are based on weight and available at check-out starting from £9.99 for the lightest orders. Please be aware that for heavy items the shipping charges can be high depending on country.
Note: We do not currently ship to all European countries, please contact us directly if delivery is unavailable.
Rest of World: Currently suspended until 2021. We are currently only shipping orders under 2kg to countries outside the EU while we look for more affordable & sustainable shipping options.
We can provide a tracked/tracked & signed-for service worldwide.
Please note: Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to additional charges. Conscious Craft does not accept liability for any additional costs other than the shipping cost offered at time of purchase.

Return or Exchange
We hope that you are happy with all the items purchased from Conscious Craft, however should you wish to return or exchange an item, please email us with the following information: Your name, the Order Number, Date of your Order, details of the Item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return. All items must be un-opened, in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

You can return any item for a refund within 15 days of receiving your original order. It can take up to 10 working days for your return to be delivered back to us. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item(s) are not in their/its original condition.
Damaged returns: If the item is received back damaged or not 'as new', we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee or refuse a refund based on the condition of the item, to be determined on receipt.
Returns on orders over £70: when the order value after refund no longer qualifies for free shipping, a re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund based on the standard shipping costs.
We’ll email you as soon as your return has been received. All refunds are issued to your original payment method, and we will notify you once the refund has been made. It can take up to 5 working days until you see the refund in your account.
Please ensure that you ask for a proof of posting receipt at the Post Office when you send the item(s) back. This is your insurance if it gets lost or damaged in the post.
Both the original postage & the return postage is non-refundable.
*Please note: Sale and discounted items work slightly differently. You can still return your item but you must cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your item(s) and post it back to us within a further 8 days.
What if I live outside the UK?
Please email us with the following information: Your name, the Order Number, Date of your Order, details of the Item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
All items must be in a re-saleable condition and in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item(s) are not in their/its original condition.
Don’t forget to fill in the reverse side of the invoice to tell us why you are returning your goods, so we can quickly put things right. Please ensure that you ask for proof of posting when you send your goods back. This is your insurance if it gets lost or damaged in the post.
Damaged & Faulty Items
In case of receiving a faulty or damaged item, please make sure you contact us immediately on receipt to report the damage. Otherwise we might not be able to issue a refund or exchange the item. The item must remain unused and 'as new'.
