About Bauspiel Magic Cube | Pastel

The Bauspiel Magic Cube is a small wooden cube with six vibrant jewel-coloured faces, each one catching the light in its own quiet, captivating way. Beautifully crafted and satisfying to hold, it's the kind of object that draws children in simply by existing — something to turn over, examine, and wonder at.

It works naturally as part of open-ended and small world play, and just as well as a calming fidget tool for moments that call for something grounding and tactile. Simple, considered, and genuinely lovely.

Why We Love It

Six different pastel jewel colours — one on each face — means there's always something new to notice, making it as interesting to a child who loves colour as to one who loves to sort and arrange.
Its compact 5cm size makes it wonderfully portable — tucked into a pocket or a bag, it's a small comfort object that travels easily wherever a child goes.
As a fidget toy, it offers something calmer and more considered than most — a beautiful, well-made object that happens to be deeply satisfying to handle, rather than something designed purely for stimulation.
