About Ostheimer Tractor 'Friends by Nature'

A beautiful collaboration between Ostheimer and Fagus, this simple wooden tractor is ready for all kinds of farmyard play. Its uncomplicated design makes it easy for children to pick up, move around and bring into their own imaginative stories.

Why We Love It

Waldorf-inspired in spirit, every Ostheimer figure is hand-crafted with children's play in mind — smooth, minimal edges and gentle forms make their pieces a joy to hold and handle during imaginative play.
Ostheimer use only wood from sustainably managed forests, and the natural variation in grain means no two gnomes are ever quite alike — each one carries its own quiet character, rooted in care for children and the world around them.
Built to last and made to be loved, this is the kind of toy that doesn't get put away — it gets passed down, gathering its stories along the way.

Quality above the rest

"Ive been eyeing up this tractor for a while. I was a bit hesitant when I realised I needed to buy the farmer separately from the tractor as I just couldn’t justify the price. However when I saw it while shopping during the anniversary sale I knew that was my opportunity. And what can I say? It’s definitely worth it. I bought it for gifting at Christmas but it got spotted when the package was delivered and it’s been played with every day since in so many different ways. The quality is also unmatched and we all love it here."
