Christmas Decorations Kit by Button Bag

This afternoon, being in the Christmas spirit, I decided to test out the Button Bag Christmas Decoration kit with my son. The kit was such a pleasant surprise. Initially I thought that the kit would be fun to make but not be quite up to scratch to join our range of special Christmas tree decorations. The image on the box was a bit fuzzy and the colours quite dull, it does the kit no justice at all. The kit comes with five colours of high quality felt, red ribbon, embroidery thread, needle kit, stuffing, patterns and clear instructions. All you do is cut out the shapes from your felt using the templates provided and sew using the embroidery thread which creates a lovely texture and adds to the felt creations. It was so easy to make and the decorations were beautiful, bright and prefect for our tree. What is great about this kit is that you don't have to have lots of sewing experience to make the decorations and most importantly you are given creative freedom to decide the look of your decorations making each one unique. It was a great way to pass the afternoon in the build up to Christmas.
